Enhanced Strength and Ductility
Panchroma™ PLA sets a higher mechanical standard compared to conventional PLA. With approximately 19% elongation at break versus around 6% for standard PLA, it is significantly more ductile — prints are more likely to flex and bend before breaking rather than snapping. Impact resistance is also nearly double that of PolyLite™ PLA. While Panchroma™ PLA is slightly less rigid than PolyLite PLA, this trade-off improves resilience and makes it more suitable for everyday parts that need to handle real-world use.

Print Settings
- Printing temperature: 190°C – 230°C
- Bed temperature: 25°C – 60°C
- Printing speed: up to 350 mm/s
- Cooling fan: On
- Direct drive retraction: 1 mm / 20 mm/s
- Bowden retraction: 3 mm / 40 mm/s
- Drying: 55°C for 6 hours (only if moisture has been absorbed)
Handling and Storage
Store in an airtight container with desiccant when not in use. If the filament has absorbed moisture, dry at 55°C for 6 hours before printing. Note that Panchroma™ PLA is not designed for high mechanical strength or long-term load-bearing applications — for those, stronger materials such as PETG, ABS, or engineering composites are recommended.
