Built from precision-machined brass, the nozzle is coated with Micro‑Swiss’s TwinClad® XT—a non-stick, wear-resistant composite plating. This finish reduces friction, prevents filament buildup, and promotes effortless extrusion, keeping surfaces clean and print runs seamless.

Structural Integrity and Material Excellence

Available in multiple orifice sizes (0.4, 0.6, 0.8, and 1.0 mm), the nozzle construction combines a heat-resistant copper-chromium-zirconium alloy core with an electroless nickel plating for corrosion resistance and heat endurance. For further durability, select variants (CM2™) feature a hardened M2 high-speed steel tip with a WS2 nano-coating, reaching 68 HRC hardness and ensuring minimal friction (coefficient ~0.035).
