The xTool Apparel Printer brings together all the key steps of DTF printing. It prints your design onto film, applies the powder, shakes off the excess and cures the film within minutes. Traditional DTF setups often require several separate devices and lots of manual intervention, but this machine integrates everything into a smooth and cohesive process.

How it works in practice

You start by preparing your artwork in the software and sending it to the printer. After printing, the machine automatically powders, shakes and cures the film with minimal manual steps. Once the film is ready, you heat-press it onto the garment. A typical workflow is to preheat the garment, press at around 160°C for a few seconds, let it cool briefly, peel the film and then press again for improved durability.
The total material cost per A3 print is low, and when combined with the cost of a blank shirt, it offers an attractive profit margin for small-scale or on-demand production.
